WaterTyte tm Joining Systems Offers SolutionsThe drawbacks of pipe joining systems for concrete, PVC and existing corrugated polyethylene are high cost, installation sensitivity and/or leak after installation due to ground movement or deterioration do to environment. The infiltration and ex-filtration caused by leaking pipe systems result in high cost of water treatment and increased pollution of the world’s waterways. Eight of the corrugated polyethylene pipe manufacturers extensively tested the true water tight joining system that CPP Engineering, LLC developed. This technology offers a low cost, high performance alternative to the US sanitary sewer and drainage market now dominated by concrete and PVC pipe products. The countries of the world that are now
developing their sanitary sewer and drainage infrastructure have an option of a
pipe system that delivers the performance and cost advantages over alternative
pipe systems. Corrugated Polyethylene pipe is relatively light weight and WaterTyte tm
joining does not require high forces for assembly reducing the need
for large investments in heavy construction equipment.
