(patent summary)
Corrugated
plastic pipe sections having a flanged end formed by a circumferential
portion of an end corrugation or section of the pipe liner and a method and
kit for joining flanged end corrugated plastic pipe sections are described
in a system in which a portion of the end corrugation or pipe liner forms a
flange and a peripheral flange clamp straddles flanges and draws the flanges
together to provide a structurally sound joint.
Water tight
Joints wherein a gasket may be interposed between flanges or the flange
periphery and the clamp to provide a structural joint with zero infiltration
and ex-filtration.
Fittings, adapters and reducers having flanged
ends that are capable of being joined to the prescribed corrugated plastic
pipe having an end flange.
The invention achieves a cost effective
tight joint, allows field cuts of the corrugated plastic pipe and the
fabrication of fittings from corrugated pipe sections and provides a
selectable pipe size reducer coupling for corrugated plastic pipe.

products may be purchased directly from CPP Engineering, LLC with license fee
included in quoted price of product. The design fee, production set up fee and
any tooling cost will be quoted for each product and require 50% at time of
purchase order. Sales outside USA require a Letter of Credit for remaining 50%
payable upon site draft. NOTE: CPP Engineering, LLC is not a manufacturer and works
with approved sources to manufacture all products purchased directly from CPP
Engineering, LLC.
License of WaterTyte® Technology:
WaterTyte®
non exclusive and
exclusive licenses can be purchased for the United States or one of 120
countries around the world. All licenses include a one-time design fee and one time production set up
cost for each pipe size.
Five year and lifetime Licenses are available that
entitles the licensee to use, manufacture and sell products in the country for
which the license is issued.
License can be structured so
that Licensee purchases products from CPP Engineering, LLC approved suppliers
and is granted rights to sell and use the products in the country for which
the license is issued. License fees are paid to CPP Engineering, LLC through
the approved supplier with this license agreement.
Alternatively, license can be purchased so that the licensee purchases
products from a
source of the licensee's choosing and is granted rights to sell and use the
products in the country for which the
license is issued. This type licensee has restrictions and available only in
select countries. License fees are paid to CPP Engineering, LLC directly from
licensee.
