Corrugated Polyethylene Pipe Technology
CPP Engineering, LLC has extensive expertise in the manufacturing, design
and marketing of corrugated HDPE pipe systems. CPP Engineering has the
capability of supporting a turn key operation in North and South America.
CPP Engineering has patented technology on WaterTyte®
joining systems, CNC corrugator, Vacuum Molds, polyethylene blend
compositions as well as patents pending on spiral dies.

Polyethylene Blending
Technology
Allows
manufacturers of polymer products to replace prime resins with blends of low cost
commodity, wide specification, regrind, post-industrial (PIR) and/or
post consumer (PCR) recycled resins. These blends are high value added substitutes that perform and process consistently better than the prime resins they replace.
Examples included Plastics Pipe Institute (PPI) Hydrostatic Design Basis (HDB) and NSF certified Polyethylene Pressure Pipe resins,
American Association of State Highway Officials (AASHTO) corrugated HDPE
pipe, LLDPE rotational molding, LLDPE and HDPE film
products.

Polymer Technology Consulting
Regarding
polymer material, process and product design for polyethylene, polypropylene
and engineering resins, die, mold and equipment design. Expertise in
cost effective means of utilizing wide specification and recycle resins,
corrugated polyethylene pipe material, process, product and equipment,
injection molding, pressure pipe and rotational molding.

Polymer Rheology Laboratory Rheological characterization capabilities for polymer melts and solids.
Molecular weight distribution of linear polyethylene is provided by
characterizing the dynamic mechanical spectrum in the melt and molecular
weight transformation producing Mn, Mw, Mz and Mz+1 and Mw/Mn. Dynamic
mechanical characterization of polypropylene demonstrates the copolymer
content. Time, temperature and frequency studies are available under inert
atmosphere or in the presence of air for all thermoplastics and thermo-sets.
Thermoplastics can be characterized in the melt and solids, thermosetting
resins can be characterized during the curing process as well as a cured
composite.

Polyethylene & Polypropylene Stabilizers
CPP Engineering, LLC offers
a process and thermal stabilizer RPS-128 for recycled polyolefins.
This product is utilized to stabilize polyethylene and polypropylene
recycled resins that are contaminated with other resin content and/or by
prior use. CPP Engineering, LLC also offers a process and long term thermal
stabilizer for rotational molding powder having been depleted without the
need for re-compounding in an extruder.
